1.  Coverage

The customer accepts with the order the general sales and delivery conditions. 

Our offers are as shown in the pictures, drawings, weights and measurements. Customer orders are according to the direction of the customer law in Austria. The sales contract comes into effect only following delivery whereby we reserve the right not to accept an order.  In that event the customer will be notified immediately. 

We accept orders from out-of-area customers only from full business-capable customers.  With an order the customer confirms to have reached the age of 18 years. Customers from other countries shall inform themselves of the local laws;  in that respect the Seller has no liability.

After ordering of articles that are in Austria only obtainable over 18 years and will paid in advance please send us without being asked a copy of your ID-Card (jpg, pdf) by email.

Orders can not be done by Fax or Telephone.

 2.  Prices and Payment

 Our prices a gross sales prices;  the price is valid on the order date.  Our prices are given in Euro and include the 20% Austrian Value Added Tax.  With the assistance of the automatic exchange calculator you are able to determine the price in the various denominations.  The currency for the purpose of the sale is always the Euro. Minimum order EUR 10,--.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and will be calculated automatically when you enter the shipping location and shipping method on the check out.

Following an order, you will receive an automatically generated order protocol.  Should you not receive this confirmation, we ask that you notify us immediately.

Acceptable Payment:
Via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) over a SSL secured connection.
Via C.O.D. – (only within Austria) + EUR 4,--.
Via Payment in advance (ONLY within the Euro-European Union). You will get my Bank-Data for the EU-Euro-Transfer and after receiving the money we will send the parcel. If the amount does not arrive within 14 days we have to give the articles free for sell again, later money-transfers can lead to delivery delay.

We reserve the right to change delivery costs when the article ordered has unusual dimensions or weight and requires other shipping channels than the postal service.  The customer will be notified of this change and asked for agreement to the new shipping costs.

When shipping to countries outside the European Union, duty and/or import fees may be required.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer;  the Seller does not have any influence on these fees and cannot determine what they might be.  These fees vary from country to country.  Should the customer wish more information, the Seller recommends that the customer be in touch with the local Customs Office.  Please note that, as importer, the customer is required to follow the local import regulations.

The goods delivered will remain our property until complete settlement of all claims from the business transacted between ourselves and the direct customer.

  3.  Delivery

Normally orders are shipped within 3 business days following the order.  Should any item be momentarily unavailable, the shipment may be delayed for two to three weeks.  The customer will be notified regarding any shipping delay over three weeks via e-mail.

With * marked Articles, Articlegroups or Articledepartments are generelly not in stock. Such articles normaly will be shipped within 2-6 weeks. If the article at time of order is not available from side of the manufacturer, the shipment time can retard around further 4 weeks.

Partial deliveries only are made on request, what leads to higher shipping costs.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.  When the address is incorrect, incomplete and/or unclear, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 4.  Guarantee and Liability

The Seller is to be notified of any fault in the product noticed after delivery – customer and seller are protected according to the Customer Protection Law of Austria.  The customer is to review the received article(s) and notify the Seller of any incompleteness, incorrect article or product fault via e-mail within 7 business days following receipt of the order; any and all complaints are to be made in writing to the Seller.   Returns will only be accepted with proper postage and following notification from the customer.  The guarantee for any article covers the repair and/or replacement of the product.  The guarantee is for six months.  Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.  Any delivery damage must be claimed with the delivery company.

Customers are covered according to the guarantee regulations of the Customer Protection Law of Austria.

The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by individuals not associated with Seller.

5. Customer Right of Refusal according to Paragraph 5e of the Customer Protection Law of Austria

Customers, who are customers according to the Customer Protection Law of Austria, may within seven business days (Saturdays are not counted as business days) following receipt of order, refuse the order.  It is satisfactory if the refusal is sent within the stated time period of seven business days.
Upon receipt of the return order by the Seller, the customer will receive the full purchase price of the order, credited the same way as the purchase was made,  excluding the shipping costs and return shipping costs.  The item(s) ordered shall not have been used and must be returned in the original packing.  Any use shown on the product will result in a charge to the customer, according to the value the product would have as a used item.

6.  Data Security

The customer accepts and is assured by the Seller, that the data retained for the order concerning customer information is securely stored by the Seller.  The data will be utilized only for the purpose of fulfilling the customer order and accounting needs.  Only two individuals have access to this information in the Seller company and the data will never be given out or used for any advertising purposes.

7.  Legal Addendum

Any legal differences of the various points in these general sales and delivery conditions are to be covered under the previously stated regulations.  The parties are responsible to solve any differences in a written fashion, acceptable to both parties.

8.  Responsible Court

This contract is covered under the Austrian Material Right under exclusion of the UN-Purchase Rights.  Responsible Court and Location is Linz, Austria.
